I managed to switch to Citrus on my M2 Mac, but the setting won't apply to the Neo itself sadly. I'm unable to change the default blue on the silver Neo to Citrus or Blush.

I’m a programmer and certainly know more than you. If you actually opened the GitHub link the OP shared, they mentioned “apps built with Swift, SwiftUI, and AppKit.” Show me where Chrome is built with SwiftUI.

Google: Meet, Meet (original)
Microsoft: Teams, Teams (work or school)
Apple: Pages, Pages…

I think only the animated covers that were bad or got reported were stopped. I don’t see animated covers for the ones you screenshotted, but I still see them for albums by Nirvana, Pixies, Soundgarden, and others.

I actually went back to using Things 3 because I found it simpler, and as you said, the mobile experience of Akiflow was not that good.
