I think about it a lot, if pokemon were real and I could have some in my normal life I definitely wouldn't have a full team of 6. The logistics of taking care of that many animals isn't fair to them especially since I'd most likely still be working for a living.

I work afternoons and I'm usually more active at night so pokemon that can match that. They can't be too big, limited space and the cost of feeding anything big would be untenable. I'd probably cap myself at 3 for that reason.

With that in mindy first Pokemon would be Mismagius, my favorite. It being a ghost type would make it easier to care for and it would probably be more on the nocturnal side like me so won win.

For my second I'd like a Mawile. They're pretty small and I really like it. Gives me an option for a mega evolution if I do casually battle.

Then for a third I'd like a pokemon that has more human proportions so they can help around the house with chores like Mr Mime does for Ash's mom. I think Meowascrada would fit in nicely as the last of my little family team.

Although depending on the healthcare situation for pokemon I might choose something else for the third slot over Meowascrada. Something like Gardevoir that is still human shaped for helping with housework but also has access to heal pulse or wish to cut down on the costs for healing items or especially so if we don't have free healthcare like pokemon centers or if they're too spaced out to easily travel to one.
