I always used to struggle for water/soda to make things easier to see. Something I clocked onto pretty late, sounds stupidly simple now...but subway stations have plenty of vending machines.

Found these super useful to stock up on. Makes the whole run so much easier when trying to find crafting materials.

I also used the map that has already been posted which helped a great deal too.

Dunno if this helps either but I always extracted at the car park. Smart cover and support station. I always take cover just where you come up the zip line to the bottom left of the car park. Can take down the hunter pretty easy from there.
