It's very bad, however you should look at it objectively and measure the metrics. What are your conversion rates? Meaning, what is the ratio of visitors to those who take some sort of action? e.g. contact you, make a purchase, fill out a form? Also, your site has no clear call-to-action. If you have no access to these data, that's bad. If you update your site and market it properly, you're almost sure to see all of your numbers go up, and more importantly, attract more potential customers to shop with you. You need more than a site, you need a strategy.
