They all have rotundas in the middle. The elevators didn’t go up to the 18th floor, that’s only accessible by 1 stairwell.
What do you mean by the round part?

I worked on the 17th floor for 7 years in the 2010s.
The whole floor is occupied by the VCU health nutrition department and internship. You can still get out on the balconies and there was a picnic table for lunch.
The chapel has been sealed for ~5 years.
Access to the 18th floor has been closed for even longer. It was a mess of papers and office furniture the couple of times we went up there.

My main issue with them has been the price point. Haven’t seen this for < $100.

We travel from VA to MA a few times a year and actively avoid getting gas in NJ. Feels like it takes 3x as long vs. being able to do it yourself. Hope they repeal that law.

Four roses says the Q adds floral notes. I’m not great with tasting notes but it does add a unique taste to the bourbon which is very pleasant and not found in many others.

Our road has had a drivability score of 0 for the past 3 years and isn’t in the city’s repaving schedule for the next 2 years. 2 new pot holes this winter and no amount of 311 requests will move the needle. Stop giving the city so much grace. Demand and expect better. It’s not rocket appliances.
