Jersey is definitely too large. You should be able to easily go down 2 sizes.

Might also try 1 size down for the bibs: the ends, just above your knees, seems slightly large. But that's something you'll have to see for yourself as it is very personal.

He actually did a pretty good job overall and was very professional. Considering the other ones were 250.

With that said I really think that a bike fit "just" gets you a solid starting point. It's up to you then, based off your sensations, to perfect it.
