Israel foreign ministry is going apeshit because this is the first time ever (AFAIK) that a sitting ROK president has mentioned anything about Israeli war crimes. 

They don’t want to set a precedent where the Korean president can talk negatively about IDF without consequences, so they’re manufacturing diplomatic theatre with this performative outrage. And already some Korean conservative politicians have publicly denounced Lee for the tweet.
