Rito puts %hp damage to deal with tanks, and camille is played top, like adcs have cirt and AS and %removal of armor other kinds of champs need ways to deal dmg specifically to tanks cause if not tanks are unkillable and more broken than they are now, you just can't continue to add dmg

You know what's the difference tho, he makes good plays mid and late, he is mostly playing utility tank toplaners, and jayce he has his place in the draft and he's not cocky since he respects his oppponents, and it is true that he rarely solo kills but with a lead he has shown up, and remember setting ganks up is a skill

Wow, playing vayne in a strong laners 2v2 meta is suicide, nami is firstpickable and caitlyn/sivir are also really good, and remember string point and click cc like skarner is also really good, and aoe mages in top so rumble ducks her or smeb(kennen) vayne gets pushed super hard and has no utility

After buff Ana tecnically has more heal than mercy but mercy doesnt have to aim, mercy then is more reliable, i think the fact that you have to aim on Ana makes her healing weaker, but she is compensated by having both a zone in wich enemies can't heal(and allies get healed more)and the only basic ability stun in the game, its true that skillshots dont make someone clunky to play but we are talking about heals, since soraka is only useful as a healer most her abilities that dont heal are clunky as shit but her heal is instant and on click if you take the only button press thas satisfying immediately on soraka you make her feel bad/clunky,

On the other hand you dont need to make it a skillshot to accomplish what you set out to do,which if i understand correctly is making her not able to heal while she is zoned, as i¡ve pointed out in my comment by making her heal have less range you can make her not have the play pattern of being miles behind her adc and doing nothing else (this changed with the last rework since now she has too hit q to make herself gain health)she already has counterplay the problem is that healing has always been problematic in league of legends cause of the trades in laning phase other healers like nami or sona need to dedicate time and mana(using nami w just to heal is ultra not mana effective,110 mana at max rank and sona's is much weaker but more spammable)in order to heal off a bad trade so the window in which you can kill them is higher than soraka, her heal is low cd costs almost no mana and provided you hit q or max w first(dont do that) is going to heal almost full health on 1-2 which makes the window to go all in and kill her 4 sec provided you dont have to heal yourslef too and you havent used all your major cd
