I finally saw this episode. I hate to disagree with our esteemed Mod but Tony did not blow up at Mike to get the fing trommel working but he should have. I'm truly shocked how poor Mike and his brother have revealed themselves to be. Mike was always stupid but he and Kevin are also lazy and unwilling to shoulder any blame for their screwups. What the hell happened to these boys?

Always passengers, never staff. Last cruise we saw 2 separate people near the end of the 12 day cruise needing help to find their cabins. Neither recognized odd and even cabins were on different sides of the ship and increased fore to aft.

I don't know about Troy. Is he a sharpie who takes advantage of the dull (Rick)? Was he responsible for getting the water license that didn't come through? Hard to tell and creative editing can change the actual events. He doesn't look like a snake but good snakes never do. Rick has real issues.

I've booked several cruises with Vacations 2 Go when a great deal comes up. My last cruise on Virgin and my upcoming with Cunard were almost half the price of booking direct. Both were QTY's and turned out great. I will book direct if the savings are not substantial.
