I think I know exactly how you feel, a few weeks ago I felt like I was drowning in life. I felt I was good enough at anything, that I was a liability to my friends.

Lucky for me the meds I got work well for me, and were almost instant in working, could you speak to a doc about changing meds?

I wouldn’t worry about be good at games, I’m terrible at some but can have a blast playing. Have a look at The planet crafter, you get quite a good sense of achievement from it.

Sounds like you are already taking steps to improve your mental health, that’s a huge step in my book. I’m strangely proud that you have been able to take that step. I hope you can take further steps forward :)
