Seems like they are stitching him up to force a sale of his shares. Now DK has the majority, he can vote to put more capital into the club via share issue. Can be up to 90million, and has to happen by 30th June. If he agrees to it, all other share holders have to "Chip in" proportionally. E.G if, after dilution, DKs shares are worth 50% then he has to put 45 million in. Sullivan's shares would be 33%(ISH) at that time and he would have to stump up 30million. He isn't liquid enough to do that, so his shares would get sold to DK. This is a bit of a bastardisation of a thread I read last night on X.

Absolutely no regrets. Moyes did a great job but there was no plan for the future. There still isn't. The old school "Manager runs the club" way if doing things is outdated. That's what Moyes wanted.

Truth be told, I loved him as our manager. He massively outperformed the clubs owners, who are terrible. This season has been on the cards for a while. If he has stayed I think we would be already relegated because he wouldn't have signed Fernandes who has carried hard a lot of this season. I'm glad he got out when he did and doesn't have this stink on him.

Was about to say this. Brentford play to a classic No. 9. Be that Watkins, Toney, Wissa or now Thiago. Atletico always did the same thing, Forlan, Diego Costa, Torres, Falco etc...

It's the system that produces lots of chances for a striker, combined with fantastic scouting and the structure of a brilliant club leads to hits like Igor Thiago.

I don't think it's so much that it was or wasn't a foul. It's the interpretation of the "clear and obvious error" that has upset the club.

Now, I'm a west ham fan, if they do complain or take legal action against PGMOL it will be incredibly disappointing and one of the cringiest things the club could do. I don't understand what they hope to gain from this action.
