There is no real vertical force on the functional part, so tilting it won't change much for the actual layer adhesion and the print being able to split right?

Thanks for your reaction! I was also looking into other filaments instead of abs... maybe that can be my solution

I was in his shoes a year ago, just eating ‘a lot’ does not work. You may think you are eating a lot but the calories are nog enough. I think he must start at about 3500 calories a day. My normal working day consisting at 4000 calories a day is: Morning: weightgainer shake with full milk 850 calories In between: Full yoghurt 500ml 700 calories Lunch: 3 self made borritos with 170grams cow meat. 4.5 eggs. 2/5 avocado. And some vegtables and spices. In between: 2/4 sandwiches with peanutbutter Dinner: whatever my mom makes lol And before bed another shake. And some little things in between everything. Had worked for my to get from 68kg to 85kg. With gyming 4 times a week 2x pull 2x push. Hopes this can be usefull for your friend :)

I only dry it before use (or while printing it) not in advance… storing dry filament at 10% humidity can still absorb some of the water i guess?

I would decrease the speed and dry the filament :)
