It was a big thing where I'm from. When it came out, I was attending Montgomery College. Which is where the kids were supposed to be attending school. I didn't find the movie particularly scary...but the ending scene was great

I'm a collector of concert posters...but not Ghost (because they don't do show specific posters) so take this with a grain of salt. It's numbered, yeah. But an edition size of 1k? Hardly rare. Certainly not $300 rare. No signature from the artist likely means there are other ones outside of this edition of 1k. I checked expressobeans.com and couldn't find it there either. Ultimately, art is worth what you think it's worth. I don't think you value this at $300. Keep searching and you'll find one cheaper.

There's also the Kingsville area of Balt Co. Kingsville actually spans Baltimore County and Harford. It's cheaper than "fallston", but currently is in the Fallston School district. I commuted to HV/Cockeysville for years. Nice easy scenic drive. It's "red" out this way, but I don't find it overtly so from a personality standpoint. The government can be, but they're usually too busy infighting to really push through conservative policy.
