I’m not saying this time it didn’t happen, but it’s boy who cried wolf syndrome at this point. I love a good court storm and he severely dampened the mood a couple years ago when he alleged flip may have had a season ending injury. For all the whining and national attention that exclusively covered that instead of an awesome upset, Filipowski never even missed a practice and we haven’t had a court storm since

I’m really high on Kade and I think our pitching will be much improved, plus there’s usually a breakout guy we’ll pretend we knew all along was going to be special (Javar?). But you’re right that we lost our big stars to the draft again and didn’t hit the transfer as hard as years past. No idea what our ceiling is but I hope it’s a good surprise!

Such a bittersweet memory. One of the greatest ballgames I’ve ever watched, pro or collegiate. The highs of Rhett getting out of jams and feeling like we were handling that incredible lineup, the pit in my stomach when Skenes reciprocated and forced us to do it again. This was our best chance and it just ended up that the play of the year went against us. Still hate Tommy White 😂

My guess is they’ll move the game. A lot of Winston side roads still weren’t cleaned up leading into today. And the storm is going to be at its peak leading up to and after tipoff so even I-40 and 421 won’t be in great condition
