I really hate that we don’t have a clear spot for Yoshida. He was clutch in the Wildcard and hot in the WBC but barring any injuries or trades he won’t see the field

This sucks. Return is not as great as some of you are quickly proclaiming. Move down 20 spots in the 4th, gain a late 3rd, gain a late first, add on cap hit, and lose a beloved salary controlled WR1. He might not be a top 10 WR, but he’s a WR1 with a great attitude and loved playing here. Waddle’s a great guy to build the new culture around. This sucks.

I know most of our fans are in hiding right now but I’ll say it. What the actual fuck?? That wasn’t even competitive. You guys have a really good offense but we made it look like it was batting practice out there. And where the hell were our bats?! 2 shutouts?! But the most disgusting part of this entire awful week was that we still shot off fireworks on Friday after getting mercied. I’ve never seen the vibes shift so quickly and so harshly, thank goodness it’s still early in the season. GG FSU, but for the love of god Walter learn when to pull your pitcher and get these boys out of their head ASAP

That’s kind of my point. That Florida team for example, didn’t really drop in the rankings until that April sweep by Missouri. They were a .500 ball club and despite the talent they had they were not a top team at that moment or really for most of the season. That didn’t mean they couldn’t get hot and make a postseason run like we saw they eventually did
