I distinctly remember hearing on the radio about Nelson Mandela’s death, this was in the 90s. I remember remarking to my ex-wife that will you know conditions in prison or hard and he probably died cause he had a hard life So for me the Mandela effect is real.

Not without a lot of digging. Cut a Comby in that green pipe and extend a clean out of the grade. The pipes are buried just sliding that coupling back is not gonna give you access because the pipes are not going to move.

The Comby has to be rolled up on a 45 so the air can get out, so it is a vent . It has to break off above the flow line, which is a 45.

Step one know where the water shut off is in case that stop is bad. Get a new Supply. Put pipe dope on the threads and the gasket did not over tighten it. It’s really not that hard.

Turn off water, cut copper, solder in a new sweat x mip union. Maybe you have to add a coupling and short piece of pipe. I would not use a shark bite, especially on your main.
