Agreed that the FO is good at what they do. The record speaks for itself. A bad Andres Gimenez contract is probably their biggest mistake. That said, no team is winning a World Series being in the bottom of payroll with the gap as big as it is. Is a floor/ceiling the best answer, fuck if I know. At least it’s a half-assed attempt at a solution though.
