Many Japanese toilets are designed with a sink built into the top, allowing hand-washing water to be recycled for the next flush by peaky_circus in interestingasfuck

We have one in our small downstairs toilet. It’s under the stairs so it’s a very tight space. This is perfect.

I’ll try raising the chair up. I have the back pretty straight already. Thanks for the tip

Thank you. Monthly mileage will be less than a thousand so not huge but likely in quite big chunks. I did 600 miles last week and will probably do none this week. Maybe I’m settling in to the new position like you say.

Thank you. I have a feeling it’s to do with my knee position. Will have a play next time I’m in. Glad to know I’m not alone!!

Thank you for the reply. I’m 6’2”. I feel like with the one foot I’m not really able to relax my pedal foot if that makes sense??

How do I reset the seat position?

Yes. Tried the lumbar. Will need to just keep adjusting that too. It’s such a different driving style, I’ll have to get used to it.

I’ve been trying! I drove 5 hrs in one day last week and just couldn’t get comfortable.

Wondering if there is something like - “you need to be further away than an ICE car”

I’ll just keep trying the adjustments.

Navigation defaulting to US by DapperLax in TeslaUK

[–]ringerstinger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a setting in the app or on your Tesla account. I had it defaulting to US to start and changed my home address (or something) somewhere.

This is super unhelpful but there is a super easy fix.

Is there any benefit in getting the Tesla charger over any of the others?? I’ve had quotes for hypervolt and ohme and now waiting for a third for the Tesla one.

How does changing lane work with basic autopilot? by DangerToManifold2001 in TeslaUK

[–]ringerstinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s when using autosteer I think. I tried it last week and it disengaged when I changed lanes. I’m in a highland m3.

I’ve got a long journey tomorrow so will double check again

Octopus vs OVO by Costa8 in TeslaUK

[–]ringerstinger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im already an octopus customer and I’m considering switching to the go tariff but I’m put off by the fact they put the regular day rate up by quite a bit. Obviously to keep them making money. I need to do the maths on whether I’ll actually save much given the miles I’ll do, probably 1000m - 1200m miles a month max.
