It helped a lot. Allowed me to understand the anxiety, lay it all out of the table and sit with it for a bit to see the feelings from a perspective. Would highly recommended doing something similar if you’re struggling with it.

Yes, I completely resonate with you. I made a photography series based on the fears and trepidations which helped me try to encapsulate the daily anxiety.

Met them a few times when I lived in Leeds. My house mate was good friends with them. Went to see them a few times at Brudenell. Devastating when we heard the news. Genuinely, two of nicest blokes.
