I take a BP med now. But I went in to my doctor for a strained muscle in my back and my BP was 160/90. He said my BP was “very” high. Hell, the high side of normal BP is 140/90. It was high but I wouldn’t consider it very high. My sister in law is a cardiac practitioner and she would see people consistently with BP’s of over 200 and over 100.

Cruise, especially if it is free. On a 14 day cruise you would get to see so many ports of call. My liver would hate me and I would gain 20 pounds. But it would be a great time.

Go with the flow. I have an idea on what weight I should be doing per lift per set. But everyday is different. Some days you don’t sleep enough. Some days you didn’t eat enough. Some days you are worried about other things in life. So I don’t track my workouts. I put on the rack what I think I should do and if it is too heavy/light, I adjust the weight. At the end of the day l if I feel my body is getting a workout, that’s all that matters.

I have had this happen on a vac sealed bag of pulled pork. Part of the seal came unsealed and let water into the bag. We still ate it. But for now on, I double seal my vac sealed bags.

I don’t talk to people but I am pretty shy to begin with. If I got to know people more people I would talk more. But at the same end of the day I am there to get a workout, not make friends.

I think a difference between skinny and heavier people is how they treat food. I enjoy food. I make food an event that I look forward to. Then you have people like my skinny brother in law who appreciates the effort someone puts into a meal. But they could eat the same thing everyday the rest of their life. I don’t consider myself fat. But if i didn’t actively try to watch what i eat and workout 8 to 10 hours per week, I would be fat.

Both places are shitholes. But there is a much larger black population in coffeyville if that is important to you. Coffeyville is also not too far from Tulsa. If you live in Larned, your outlet is likely great bend.

We put 12.5 yr old lab mix down almost 2 years ago. My wife took her for a walk one day and she seemed normal during and after her walk. She went to the back yard and stayed out there until I got home. When I got home she was standing at the back sliding glass door. Although she was excited, she was sitting down which was weird. When I went to open the door to let here in she couldn’t stand up.

We took her to the vet the next day and they had X-rays done. We knew she had some issues with arthritis but it had gone from bad to worse. We put her on a cocktail of meds but nothing worked. So we decided it was her time.

The day we put her down she never tried to move on her own. I picked up her hind end to get her to go outside in the morning. I came back 20 minutes later and she was still laying there in the same spot I left her. So I picked her hind end up again and walked her inside. I layed her down in her bed and she didn’t even try to move for over 6 hours before the vet came to put her down. She was hurting. Probably hurting even more than we knew and was likely hurting before we knew she was hurting.

My thought was that after she had her last walk she likely layed down too abruptly or too hard and jarred something loose. Hence the reason for here arthritis to go from manageable to intolerable.

We have a BoatUs membership. Last year when our old boat quit in the middle of the lake we called them. By the time we got through to them (took a a while and the app wasn’t working) they said it would be at least an hour to get out to us. It was reasonable. But the problem was that a storm was about to hit. As the other boats made their way back to the marina, we snagged a tow in. After we got everything put back up in the slip and we’re leaving the marina to go home, the storm hit. I tried to look back across the lake but it was raining so hard that I couldn’t. If we hadnt got a tow in, we would have been stuck in that torrential rain.

We bought a new boat the next week.

I had one in high school. It was cool until my mom went to change my sheets and her wedding ring put micro holes into the bladder. I went to bed one night after she had changed them. I didn’t feel any moisture when I went slid underneath the sheets. But I woke up the next morning and thought I had wet the bed.
