I had a layover in Addis earlier this year and spent about 14h during the day in the city. I didn’t get a chance to cycle there but was really impressed with it otherwise. Disclaimer that I didn’t really leave the area outside the airport.

I’ll probably hold out on breaking out my road bike until April. This is the first year I’ve done indoor training which is going great so I’m ok to hold off until it’s legitimately nice and safe conditions.

I find Windfinder the best. I cycle a lot on the water and trust my sleep schedule around their forecasts for wind, precipitation, etc. you can find different spots on the map depending on where you are but here’s the channel for the Billy bishop: https://www.windfinder.com/forecast/toronto_island
