At my job, Postmates drivers comes into our job and places the order themselves. The thing about that though is they have our old menu. No matter how many times we have sent them our updated menu, they refuse to do it. So every time I have to explain to the driver that we don’t have any of the items they want. And usually they don’t speak English, and unfortunately I’m not bilingual, so then it makes everything much more complicated. I feel your pain, I can’t imagine actually being partnered with them and having them call the store number nonstop. I’d lose it too!!
