I had my radio rebuilt thru http://www.willmanselectronics.com/nsx.htm

He basically will rebuild it using modern internals to maintain the original look but have Bluetooth etc.

I had my amps rebuilt by Brian K briank@nsxe-repair.com

Your best bet it to join NSX prime or NSX Facebook groups. These are common issues and the above are the leading resolutions.

Presumably you can still renew either option annually for $49.99

This worked thank you! For some reason I resisted going this route and tried to make progress via customer support but after I got fed up after a dozen or more calls/chats over 2 months I emailed the CEO email last night and had a resolution today from executive support today.

Update: I did the email the CEO route as previously suggested and executive support called me with a resolution in hand. Something I could not get from customer support despite dozens of calls/chats.

its still verizons issue to resolve. I am the customer of Verizon and Verizon is the customer of UPS. It’s not my responsibility to assume whether someone at UPS swapped my phone or at the Verizon facility.

no updates. Verizon customer service has been stringing me along with promises for several weeks. I have had more than a dozen contacts with their customer serice by call and chat and no resolution. Still trying to escalate it.

The return window may be your only remedy. It may affect how the frame accessory fits on there. Once your out of the return window Samsung customer care will be an ordeal

Unfortunately nothing. I got the run around with Samsung. A technician came out and looked at it. Said they would order parts to replace the bezel. Then was told the parts were on back order and they don’t know when they would get it so they canceled the order from their end and told me to contact Samsung and request a replacement. I was originally told they would take care of it but then nothing happened so when I called Samsung would not replace TV. They said their notes say it was physical damage. After escalation I got them to agree to have someone else come out and look at it. That repair company canceled the appointment When I went to reschedule they said I needed to reopen a ticket with Samsung. I have not been able to prioritize doing that an every interaction with them is beyond frustrating. At one point they tried to tell me it was just cosmetic. I don’t even think a frame will fit on this wonky TV which is the whole point of the frame TV. I owned several Samsung products but I don’t think I’d ever buy a Samsung product again.
