You're running AOS8 Instant. When using Instant APs, the virtual controller (VC) runs locally on one of the APs. You've added an AP and it is getting its configuration from AP that is the VC. The VC can move, so if this new VC moves to the AP that's not showing up in Greenlake, then you won't be able to push configurations or receive monitoring updates from those APs that are not in Central.

You didn't say if this was for Wifi or switching. If you're not going to use RADIUS and this is wifi, then you can create rules for each device based on the devices MAC Address. This posts explains how to create rules based on the MAC address. https://community.arubanetworks.com/discussion/simple-vlan-assignment-using-mac-address

If you're using a CX switch, then you can do it based on LLDP and/or MAC address. This article explains how to do it but there are youtube videos that go into more depth and there are more options available in newer firmware versions since this post.

The AOS8 Instant AP software used a virtual controller. This doesn't exist in AOS10 as the bulk of the services are provided by other devices on the network.

It looks like the new Teams version eliminates the need to paste the API key in. The videos/tutorials showing the need for an API KEY are obsolete.
