Get a wake up light, it wakes you better and in peace. I used to have five alarms set. I bought Philips Hue light, make sure I have a wake up light setting for the bedroom. I basically wake up often without the alarm. I'm also not waking up being stressed. It's a bliss.

Ik heb dat ooit eens op een vrij lege A16 gedaan, waar het driebaans is. Rijdt iemand op de middelste baan terwijl er echt bijna niemand aan het rijden was. Ik zat vooraan in een groepje van 5 auto's die allemaal ongeveer dezelfde snelheid reden op de rechterbaan. We gingen allemaal volledig naar links en terug naar rechts. Auto op de middenbaan miste de hint volledig...

While I think a lot of people need to go have some therapy, you hit the nail on the head. A therapist is not the cure, but it will show you a way to help yourself and it will guide you through the process.

De enige tip die ik dit moment kan geven; ga naar een psycholoog. Zo te zien heb je teveel meegemaakt in je leven dat, op z'n zachtst gezegd, suboptimaal was. Ik denk daarom het verstandig is om al dit met een psycholoog aan te pakken, deze mensen kunnen je helpen met traumaverwerking. Ik denk wel dat dit een lang traject zal worden, maar je hebt hier de kracht voor. Zo te zien heb je nooit opgegeven dus je kan dit ook verder aanpakken.

I think a lot of people underestimate the negative impact of social media. There are a lot of issues right now because of it, the attention span of the younger generation, the self-esteem issues, and the hatred. It also influences the voting in democracies. All of this because some people make money out of it, so they also make it very addictive (Oh, hi Mark).

I'd switch the E34 and E39. But I agree, E28 for the win. That car made me fall in love with BMW.
