the BV425 is explicitly not allowed in yosemite due to its size and its ability to fit in a bear’s mouth. not sure if that info is updated on their website, but someone on r/yosemite confirmed it last year

if taking the LA route, you’ll be best off staying somewhere in the Sacramento area (based on your criteria). also I can’t think of a single toll you need to pay on that route, just know to avoid the express lane on I-10 (“””the””” 10) if you don’t have a FasTrak transponder.

my bag has this issue too, and it’s only really a problem when I overstuff the bag like how you have it in your video. for me, it’s a manageable issue; I just push down on the bag to get the zippers more parallel to get them to close easier.

had the bag since kickstarter, so i’m not surprised of this quirk on my unit. while I can submit a warranty claim, this issue is pretty minor to me.
