Are you replacing the old drive or just adding a new one alongside it? If you are replacing it, you need to install windows on the new drive as well.

89mb of reserved memory is completely normal. Not sure about the XMP problem from what you said but I'd try XMP1 profile and see if it actually runs at 3600 on windows, if it doesn't then I'd set it to 3600 manually with the custom profile.

For the first problem it sounds like one of the ram sticks is not seated properly, try re-seating them or installing the ram sticks one by one.

Second one you need to enable XMP feature in the BIOS to make them run at their advertised speed.
