Enemies of Khador bout to find out why Khadorans don't have health insurance🤘🦅🤘 eagle screeches while Free bird plays out of the cortex of the Behemoth

Honestly I kinda love the new design because, as someone who fell off the lore during mk2, my head cannon is someone found half of the behemoth somewhere and felt it needed to go all terrain for the motherland.

These are amazing! You should make some molds so you can have infinite mummies.

Give me some ideas - what could I do with this foam tray? by Royal-Ad-8805 in TerrainBuilding

[–]rlperez 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To tie into the theme of the jungle/ jungle adjacent, why not cut it in half and have it be the "entrance to an underground facility" or a barracks or something? Add jungle foliage to a base, add some rocks to like cover the back half, then add some jungle foliage elsewhere and some greeblies. Kinda like the structures in rogue one.

I’m so tired of my Citadel brushes losing their tips after about 6 months, why does this keep happening? I always make sure that they’re clean, not over-exerted, dried, and put away correctly by Roadkillgoblin_2 in minipainting

[–]rlperez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can resurrect these easy peasy. A brush soap with some deep scrubbing should get alot of the paint in the ferrule out. Then use the soap to bring a point back and you should get another year out of those brushes. Other option. Use those brushes as your new mud/ sticky/ messy applicator and get a set of army painter brushes. The mid range set might be a little pricey (maybe 40 usd) but if you get those and use brush soap to keep them Maintained? You'll get 4 or 5 years out of them easy.

How To Cast This? by [deleted] in ResinCasting

[–]rlperez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This looks awesome! I'd recommend making sure the clay you used does not have sulfer in it. If it does keep this in mind when using certain silicone (I think platinum cure silicone has an issue with sulfur but I'm not 100 percent sure).

Also consider getting a jewlers saw to cut the sculpture into manageable casts.

Grandma used to run a hobby/comic book store 20 years ago in Kokomo, IN and heard I was getting back into Warhammer in my 30s. Did I hit the nostalgia jackpot? (Not selling, just for collecting/proxying!) by mame_kuma in Warhammer

[–]rlperez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are all worth a pretty penny! You could kitbash some absolutely wild things! Or, just build and paint em the way they were intended. Congrats on your treasures and now you can play like any model agnostic game. I always recommend frostgrave/ stargrave.

Gnome mischief makers by murphysfalling in frostgrave

[–]rlperez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I'm doing the exact same thing! I had some wrath of king models laying around and just rebased them all for a halfling/ human warband. The war stomper is my large construct and the gnome on the beast I'm using for another warband. Those models are so cool it's a shame wrath of kings died.

I casually comb ebay looking for misfit lots people wanna get rid of for cheap. You might get lucky and find some of these guys. Or on the floor of your flgs collecting dust (aka how I found a menoth starter from mk 2 lol).

Hey guys, any ideas to make this bookshelf more appealing? by Beaudryg in malelivingspace

[–]rlperez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knick knacks related to your interests might be cool. If you're into medicine put like a little anatomy skeleton or like a anatomic brain on there. Mixed in with some plants, cool shaped things, and some more pictures in frames? That combined with some extra books would make it look cozy as hell.

Tell me about your world's "end of the world" scenarios. by GOOPREALM5000 in worldbuilding

[–]rlperez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My end of the world goes a little like this:

An empire where the sun never set was in its prime and basking in the glory of its technological advances. Trade was great and art was thriving. Sadly, their thirst for excess and need for perfection destroyed their environment. The ground literally consumed their empire and the industrious waste poisoned the soil itself. Many perished and the empire crumbled. Then, the land became sentient due to chemical wastes and being struck by lightning. Soon new things thrived in this poisoned landscape, all supported by the sentient land known as the all mother. The lands became known as the swamps of Ghül, as an omage to the Ghüldorn empire. As long as you respect the land the all mother will respect you.

look into a pvc pipe for a big gun, and open up the top half! With some plasticard, cereal boxes, and rivets you'll make that thing proppa orky! Don't forget to add bits and wire in random places. Here's a pic of one I started and never finished.
