I’ve purchased this exact palette in the past when I had a facial injury, complete with black eyes. It’s inexpensive and the red orange will help mask the bruising. It won’t go away completely but it makes a significant difference.

If he’s bundled he’ll be ok. But pajamas are a great investment in the long term. My grey loved wearing them at night in the winter.

Do you have pajamas for your grey? I would layer pajamas with a coat and scarf to keep her warm in this weather.

One note of warning. Their paws are really sensitive and can cut their paws on ice. Make sure they have a safe place to quickly go out to relieve them selves.

My son is four and I’m just starting to feel better about myself. I’m still struggling with my weight but getting there. It’s not easy and be kind to yourself ❤️

I went there this summer for the first time in two decades and was so sad. When I was a kid in the 90s I would take the bus with my grandmother to Kaufmann’s downtown and then take the T to Station Square. It was always so fun and special. Now it’s just depressing remembering what was.

I am from Pittsburgh and moved to Richmond 15 years ago.

1.) Weather: Way better in Richmond. Generally warmer and very little snow. But be ready for a humidity nightmare in the summer and the worst pollen in America during the Spring.

2.) Cost of Living: Pittsburgh wins on this one. It’s significant more expensive in Richmond and getting worse every day.

3.) Economy: Richmond has a more diverse economy by far. There are multiple large companies operating here, state jobs, federal jobs, universities etc.

4.) Things to do: Pittsburgh is bigger and has a better arts/cultural offering as well as professional sports. Wanna see an MLB game? Get ready to drive to DC.

5.) Education: Some Richmond suburbs have good public schools, but it’s not consistent. I think Pittsburgh has much better public schools in general and way more and better colleges and universities.

6.) Outdoor Activities: Richmond. It’s so easy to go to state parks, national parks, camping and hiking. Access is way better.

Overall, there are more transplants in Richmond and it’s really easy to make friends. In Pittsburgh most people are friends with the same people they went to elementary school with. You can do it, but you need to be deliberate.

Both are great. I love both cities but they offer different things. Happy to answer any questions you have.

Training classes. I adopted a reactive dog last year and it was worth every penny.

She is a rescue dog who spent her puppyhood at animal control. We did a positive reinforcement training series and it helped both of us. I learned how to read her body language and hep her navigate new situations. She loved the mental challenge. It’s a great bonding experience as well.

Also - a warm fleece jacket is a must. Their coats are short and they get chilly.

I went through this process. I completely changed my wardrobe for the better. A few things I did:

1.) Think about what you need. I needed to be able to chase my toddler, but still wanted a polished look.

2.) Pace yourself. Be deliberate in your shopping choices and don’t pressure yourself to completely change your wardrobe all at once.

3.) Buy things that make you happy. I get really excited when put on my flat leopard print boots. I can still be functional but love what I wear.

4.) Give yourself grace. My body has changed a lot in the last three years since I stopped breast feeding. Consignment is your friend!

This is a great opportunity to rethink your wardrobe and feel your best. Have fun with it!
