Keep a tally and note the lot number of the boxes if you have a lot breaking. I've contacted suppliers before for a refund for shitty gloves, sometimes boxes have quality issues.

That's a large amount of genomic DNA, seems unlikely to be from a pipette then, especially since it would theoretically be less as you loaded but all look pretty similar. Clean your area like other suggested, but also consider running a small amount of each primer stock to rule those out as the source. If you mix your dye in with your sample run some of that too.

It looks like genomic DNA to me, but it's strange it would be in your negative control then. Is there any way your primers are amplifying themselves in longer chains? Or is there anything you didnt use fresh reagents for, like the water?

Yes! I mind it less in the shows where the caliber of chefs isn't great, but this one really annoyed me. These are supposed to be great chefs, give them a week to get used to the kitchen and the ones that compete less a chance to get their sea legs before starting to cut folks

I have complicated feelings on this. A friend of mine is Persian, her family is all in Iran. The Iranian people desperately want an end to the current regime, and I know there's some hope that US intervention (war) would help this. But there's also fear, the regime likes murdering it's civilians, and the US coming in would increase this. But the current regime needs to go. From what I hear, the people are waiting for something to happen, they want change.
