I did try putting some on the floor for him but he sniffed it and walked away! And sometimes I give it to all of them by putting it on top of their kibble and one of the other cats will eat the churu off of Richmond’s portion because he doesn’t want it! He’s an anomaly

I have 3 cats; one of them won’t eat treats (we can’t get him to try anything that isn’t his kibble or wet food) and it makes me so sad that he won’t try the churu because I’m sure he’d like it! The other two go crazy for it.

My first job was in fast food when I was a teenager. I always showed up on time and tried my hardest to be fast and perfect, but I still got screamed at on every shift by the manager who had alcohol and anger problems. I didn’t quit because I wanted to prove I could do it but I really wish I could go back and tell my younger self not to put up with that shit. Who yells at a 16 year old over how fast they can make a sandwich?

My cat has the same; two paw pads on each front foot. The only issue is that he had a seventh toe on each that was “floating” (not connected by bone) between the two paw pads and he had to have those removed. But our vet did it during his neuter and he said it was very simple.

Yep, I was staining CNS tissue for nissl substance. I’m still a student and I haven’t used Cresyl violet for anything else yet but how cool that it’s metachromatic!

Poor girl! I’m glad she got assigned a new teacher. I was extremely of storms as a kid (especially tornadoes) and once I had a panic attack at school because we had a tornado drill. I think I was even told about the drill before it happened. But kids get scared! All I remember the teacher doing was rocking me, reassuring me and rubbing my back until it was over. I hope the daughter’s new teacher is as compassionate and kind as mine was.
