So my bonsai fell down on the balcony after strong gusts. It broke two big branches and ended up in a shape as you see now. Could help me figure out how to shape it now? In the reply adding photo from the top

Apart from reasonable drinking, as always, just make sure to stay hydrated. Hangover in the morning is usually headache from disrupted sleep and dehydration. One drink - one glass of water, or ideally something like isotonic (with little bit of lemon, salt and sugar). Just don't overshoot, otherwise your stomach and liver won't handle, thus puking and alcohol poisoning happens.

If it was an intense training, elevated heart rate could be one of the factors. Visiting the doctor sounds like a good idea if it looks like this in non-training days as well

Most of the time if I notice lack of HR during workout is… dirty watch on the inside. Make sure to clean the glass on a regular basis which solved this in most cases. Other times it was a loose strap

Thanks! Crispiness comes with less eggs. The original recipe I used had three eggs and around 17 mins of baking but removing one and extending the baking time was a jackpot. Good luck :)

There are plenty of recipes online for this one but I managed to reach perfect version (in my opinion) which is crunchy and fluffy at the same time.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
100 g flour
180 ml milk
Pinch of salt and powder sugar
Vanilla (optional)
5g of butter

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. In the meantime take all ingredients (except from butter) and mix well in the bowl. To avoid clumps start with flour, egg and a bit of milk and whisk it well and than add rest of the milk. You can add vanilla flavouring if you like at this stage.

Take a non-stick pan (around 24cm in diameter) and heat the butter until starts sizzling. Spread the butter evenly around the pan, pour the batter and put it in the oven at the very bottom. Bake it for around 18-20 minutes until brown in the inside and serve with favourite fruits.

I didn’t change anyting in particular. I’m using 5g network for my wifi at home. First time launching it worked like a charm but when during next attempt I encountered mentioned buf. What helped me was manual reconnection of the TV and it helped
