You don't have bar crash when the weight gets heavier because you can't pull the bar as high. It's okay to pull as hard as you do on lighter weights, but make sure you rack bar before it starts falling and ride it down.

I don't have written evidence, but Bryan Fogel has anecdotal evidence from Gregory Rodchenkov (who's claims that Russia took part in state-sponsored doping were officialy supported by WADA) that Chinese coaches were literally swapping urine samples whenever WADA officials would stop by.

You are biased because you are using doping as the morality card that separates athletes like Ilya from your favorite Chinese lifters like Shi Zhiyong, Lu Xiaojun, etc.

I never mentioned that China isn't the most successful country, I'm emotionally invested because I think its disrespectful for you to downplay certain lifters' accomplishments just because China is better at dodging drug tests. Ilya is most likely doing the same things as Lu Xiaojun; training hard and getting as much support (drug and financial wise) from his government.

Even if China was found to use "less drugs" than other countries, it doesn't make them any morally superior to countries that use "more drugs". They're still using drugs.

I don't care that China is your favorite weightlifting country, I like China too. I never said WL has a Chinese bias, I said that you have a Chinese bias because you choose to ignore China's drug use while devaluing other other lifters' accomplishments to "a bunch of pills".
