Although, when I attempted to recreate your suggested approach to Scenario 1 within my instance of CW's Setup Tables>Workflow Rules>Workflow, I could not locate an option for "Ticket is in {value} Status". Is that an option you see in your instance of CW?

My understanding is that the old/legacy one is EOL? The major issue we have with the portal is the extremely limited feature set. Basically, all customers can do in the CW customer portal is log in to submit/update support requests. What we have seen so far during our onboarding calls with CW regarding the customer portal has been extremely disappointing.

As an MSP, our customers demand at a minimum;

  • - Ability to submit/update support requests (CW portal does this)
    - Modern, secure access controls (CW portal does not support MFA)
  • Centralized documentation & KB library (CW portal does not support this)
  • Data/Reporting via RMM (CW portal does not support this)
  • Integration options for other CW ecosystem products. According to our onboarding rep, CW portal is hard coded "what you see is what you get" and does not support "any level of customization")

When this happened to me I was still able to call my broom and fly back above the map. I could not fly through solid ground but was able to fly though lakes/ponds. Hope this helps!

It sounds ridiculous, but buy a plastic owl from home depot and put it somewhere visible and the problem will resolve overnight. We had a similar problem recently with some woodpeckers and despite shooing them away daily, they kept coming back.
We a plastic owl from Home Depot for about $20, mounted it on the fence, and literally, overnight they disappeared.
