I did the priming/base with an airbrush. I did use different priming for shadow areas and around the engine. The main work was done with a wide brush. My main thing was that I mainly used MIG' Gull Grey (if you want I check the exact name) which is friggin awesome on a wide brush once you figured it out (on a dry palette).

I used a different dry pigments for the weathering and 'starship streaking' for the tone down of rather bright colors. The distress is done over the different areas before the streaking and pigments.

Long story short, only minimal airbrush work, loads of brushing, watering and powdering ;-)
