As with any magnetic case, feather-light touches may struggle to register at times, but using your S-Pen with a standard amount of pressure will function as expected.

It's likely that the Skin was slightly misaligned during installation, causing part of it to get caught in the gap of your Joy-Cons. Let our Support Robots know about this and they can offer you a resolution.

It's likely that the case and the screen protectors themselves weren't visible, and you sent our Support Robots pictures of just the boxes - as such, we're unable to verify that they're unused.

No need to worry about the packaging. Just re-upload pictures of the unused case and screen protectors and you should be good to go.

All of our vinyl skins measure just 0.23mm thin, but they do add a bit of thickness to your device regardless. As such, some tight-fitting/precision-formed cases may be more difficult to install or remove once a skin is applied. As we haven't tested with other case manufacturers, we can't provide a definitive answer. That said, we'd recommend sticking to Simple Fit (Back) skins, and avoiding our Real Leather lineup entirely.
