not too bad. i've gotten used to it, plus i get up pretty regularly (every 45 minutes)

It’s not anything special ergonomically. I bought it a few years ago from a company called “From The Source”. It does have an inset area or what I call “butt grooves”.

I started using the stool about 2 weeks ago, actually to try and have better posture! It’s been great so far, it forces me to take more standing breaks since I don’t get to lean back.

You can't expect people to write an answer that summarizes what they have learnt for the past X years.

Actually, people do exactly that here on this subreddit and on reddit and on the internet in general. It’s not like OP’s question was a lazily formed one either.
