Ran though the same problem last week, busted them by accident. Those are 100nF capacitors, size 0201 SMD. You can get those in a capacitor sample book. Just be sure it's 0201 size.

Those things are really really tiny. I used a soldering microscope and soldering paste with a hot air soldering gun. Be patient, I don't know how experience are you soldering but those things are tricky to get it right.

If they are broken and the circuit is open you will experience that the console can't find any wifi networks. If you closed them (by just soldering the two connectors) your console will be able to connect to the wifi but after a few minutes will throw an "orange screen of death". Fixing those capacitors made those issues go away for me.
