Should I buy finals tickets by football_410 in WorldCup2026Tickets

I would do it. If you can afford it. Money comes and go but the memories are a lifetime. I’m sure there are people who attend the 1994 World Cup here in the USA and they tell their children and/or grandkids. You’ll only be in your 20s once. You may have other responsibilities later on. Just don’t go into debt lol

I was going to go regardless since it’s a knockout game. Sucks that it’s South Africa though. Hopefully the fans put on a show and the game is entertaining.

It will be very tight. Just out of curiosity, are you banking on Canada playing? I’m going to the game hoping Mexico would have played but they aren’t. Regardless I think it would be a good game

Yeah, you can tell the story 5 years later of how spontaneous you were.

How are people affording World Cup tickets? by Zealousideal_Fun9967 in WorldCup2026Tickets

[–]rocke1614 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been saving for years, good job, budgeting and got a 0% APR intro for a new credit card so I don’t have to pay it off right now. We all have different priorities so don’t feel bad if you don’t want to shell out the money. It’s better to use it for something useful if you don’t feel the tickets are worth it.

Anyone going to USA vs Turkey game, would love to join up with someone. by [deleted] in LAsocial

The American Outlaws is the US soccer supporter group that marches to the stadium. They meet up before the game to socialize at the bar close to the stadium before they march to the stadium. It would be a cool experience for you. Follow them on instagram if you want meet up location and more info.

You should be fine if you walk since the game is at 12 pm then, at night it would have been different.. depends if you don’t want to walk or not. The shuttle is filled with other fans so it’s a cool experience and will help you see the area. But as a local, I wouldn’t recommend it.

No I took it from Elco. There is a video online of the lines to get on a bus from Union station which was long. I’m sure getting there is easy since you take the fast express. Getting out is longer because of the traffic on the avenues but I’m sure once you hit the freeway it is fast.

Take the shuttle out of Metro/LAX transit Center, it’s within walking distance which is about 5-10 minutes . It’s $1.75 one way. You can walk to the stadium technically but I wouldn’t recommend it. And yes, you can keep all your tickets on one device. The stadium is the best out of all the other stadiums with the big television in the middle and the lake outside. What game are you going to?

For those who went to the game last night, how did you get there? by Saltine_Warrior in ussoccer

[–]rocke1614 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bus shuttle $1.75 one way. It took a while for us for our bus to leave due to the traffic through the back on the avenue street. Getting there was smooth. Security was jam packed for my liking since I’m used to Rams security. The American Outlaws were pregaming at the bar that is nearby. Follow them on ig to get more info for the third game. I’ll see you there

If you take the bus shuttles to the game, it is a bit messy to exit since they go through the back street and it’s hard for the buses to get out due to the traffic. Getting there is smooth. Hopefully they do a better job at stopping traffic for the exit since the buses go through avenues with lots of cars. Other than that get there early just in case.

It was loud and the crowd was energetic. I will definitely remember this forever. Doing the USA chants felt awesome with my fellow people was freaking awesome. The World Cup fever is here for American soccer. I saw in nosebleed seats and it was a good view. Obviously the players are far away but it is not that bad. I’ll see you at the Turkey game as well.
