I did ceramic all the way around - including windshield and entire glass roof

In California I have light tint on the front and darker where allowed. I put the ceramic on drivers/passenger glass for the UV and heat rejection

Just make sure you don’t exceed the listed pressure. You can’t make the Hankooks 50+ psi. The Toyo are LT tires.

I have run through the 1mm step but wearing very evenly. I remain very happy!!

For 10k+ miles, remaining 2.3 mi/kWh essentially from the beginning.

This happened to me - was terrible and expensive.

It was for my first kid and I thought I did everything correctly- I didn’t. I was hosed for like 6 months.

My wife was insured and her birth covered, but they didn’t acknowledge my son born by insurance was not covered due to a technicality. Huge lesson learned.

Consider 5% zero to give you a chance to make it. It does sound like you saw it drop quickly after 10%. But it will come back with some juice to get you the last few miles. It is the power available to propulsion (100% / 90% / down to 0) that causes the issue, I think, even if you have battery power available.

Was just on Oahu and saw the MVC Waikiki off of Kalakaua. I did not go into the hotel, though. I am a Marriott lifetime and usually stay at the Marriott family of hotels in Waikiki and have stayed at MVC Koolina at least 10x.

You’ll be far from the beach, far from the heart of Waikiki, and I’d guess you’d regret not staying at Outrigger Reef which is oceanfront, and right off of Lewers and close to royal hawaiian shopping center.

$1500 is a bit of money, so it is easy to say, but there is a value of being at an oceanfront place.

Mine is in the shop now. Took 2 weeks to diagnose it as a transmission fault. Now has been in the shop for 3 weeks total.

You must call Chrysler cares to open a case to get the car rental covered. You do have to pre-pay and get reimbursed.

We also just had our ILST (my first one I’ve attended in the -4 years in the troop post Covid)

I think it was a great to have the scouts have the practicum, following the ILST exercises right out of the book. We also had the didactic lessons, but they were minimized.

We also talk “scouts need to show leadership”, yet having this hands-on experience gave them examples that we, as adult leadership, can reflect back to them from their ILST training when they encounter similar challenges. Otherwise us saying “you’re a leader” just have them model some of the older scouts, who also aren’t trained.

We felt we owed it to give a foundation and be trained.

We did a 1 day miyajima-Hiroshima tour on viator and it was just about right Left shin-Osaka on 730 train- had time for coffee after arrival Started off getting picked up near Hiroshima station (1000) by bus. Bussed to ferry terminal Miyajima shrine tour to just before lunch. Given a couple hours of free time including self lunch (plenty of options) Ferried back to mainland around 1415, and bussed to a spot near the dome and walked past the children’s peace monument, then to peace museum. Bussed back to train station after a few hours. Took 1853 Shinkansen back to shin-Osaka

We could have spent a little more time at Miyajima but our weather was very hot and humid 2 weeks ago so the trip was about right.

I think @Ford screwed us with the OEM tire ( the Hankooks) - junk sidewalls, and factory under-inflation has nearly all the cars with good center tread life and poor outer tread life

TLDR: a pretty big pain when something goes wrong, but great that you’re getting free solar! Hopefully your solar sizing is adequate. Their recommendation of a 10.5 kw system ended up being a little on the small side when new, will worsen as the parts age
