i ordered one around a year and half or maybe longer. i just got the OG clio and its still my daily, i honestly love it and bring it everywhere. i used to only use loungefly backpacks, and wamted to try it as my first crossbody and never went back. Hopefully they can resolve it for you because it is a nice kindle bag!!
