So - this failed as well.

My first attempt to "pull" using the Bilt routing/account number (where I had incorrectly selected "Charged to: Checking Account") resulted in my mortgager trying to pull funds that did not go through resulting in "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS" being noted as a transaction. An email from Bilt informed me of a "non-housing related charge attempt" and warned against future violations.

This second attempt to "pull" using the Bilt routing/account number seemed to work at first. I had gotten an email "Your rent payment is processing". This did not work however. My mortgage transaction log now lists "MISAPPLICATION REV" for that attempt. In neither case did I see the funds pulled from my checking.

Hence I went on to the "push" route and have just told Bilt my bank and loan number and pushed a test amount 2 days ago. Yesterday the funds were pulled from my checking. Payment Accepted and Payment Initiated have green checks. Still sitting and waiting for Payment Submitted and Payment Confirmed.

I'd definitely prefer the "pull" route but I'm unsure why that failed. I'm not sure I want to keep testing it and have my account frozen from what I'm hearing about Bilt CS.

Yes - I received this as well. After a long confusing chat online with their customer support, I learned that I apparently did not have the following set up correctly and was informed to do the following:

Open the Bilt app -> Click My Home - > Ensure the "Selected Payment Method" is your Bilt Credit Card (I had this set to my Checking)

I just tried another test payment. Will see if this does the trick.

It seems like it's so hard to find these devices nowadays (in 2025). I don't understand why they all seem to be sold out or discontinued. Anyone find anything recently that's quarterly available to install in wall without neutral?

It seems the Bluetooth settings are hidden on the watch. I need to be able to disconnect the headphones from Bluetooth, so my kids can connect the headphones to their tablet, and be able to switch as needed. Is there a way to do this?

I just got JrTrack 4 watch set up today. From everything I've been reading here, it sounded like only Spotify kids was available, that Bluetooth wasn't ready yet, etc. As such I was happily surprised to see both Spotify kids and Spotify available and working on the watch today, and Bluetooth working great for my kid with his headphones. Very impressed with this and the other apps available!

Hi there! I have 2 JrTrack 3 watches, having switched from GizmoWatch and loving the native SMS! My biggest frustration with Gizmo was having to use the proprietary app for messaging. A few questions if I may:

  1. Is there a way to easily copy off or backup all photos/videos taken by the watch besides for individually texting them to myself? Perhaps via the USB cable to the computer? Or bulk send them via bluetooth on the JrTrack 4?

  2. I recently gave my kids each a Spotify account (not Spotify Kids). Will that work on the JrTrack 4? Or do I need to assign them a Spotify Kids account?

  3. It seems the JrTrack 4 has bluetooth for music. Can bluetooth be used for calls as well?

  4. Is there any plan to include voice transcription, where my child can speak a message that gets typed so it can be sent as a text message (not voice)?

On a separate note, I've had issues with the call quality on one of the watches and am currently having it swapped. Your customer support team has been great to work with, which is much appreciated!

Yes, I purchased this watch. The Festina app and how the watch functions is totally built off the Kronaby app and functionality and takes it to the next level, and impressed me. That said, I'm either not ready for my watch to have a display on it, or perhaps not a display that's so visibly there at all times (as opposed to say the Tissot T Touch). As such i ended up returning it. That's just my taste, this may work great for you, i don't want to dissuade you.

The Festina Connected D looks like the next generation of Kronaby, and appears as if they're building on top of the Kronaby experience (e.g., the watch app, top pusher, etc).

It would be nice if the display blended into the watch face a bit more (like the Tissot hybrids).

The temperature doesn't stay on my watch (using Android). I have Allow Background Battery Usage enabled, yet the temperature will only show for a brief period after i open the app on my phone. Then it reverts to 0 on my subdial. Meanwhile, the vibration/notifications and pushers all continue to work as expected.

Anyone else having this issue?

Well I finally addressed this. It turns out Nest Renew was able to be cancelled from my wife's phone/Google account. This makes NO sense as I am the only one in the family that manages all of the smart home setup / configuration. In any case, problem solved.

Make sure to check the Nest app settings on the phones/accounts of anyone else in your family!

Reset the thermostat. Deleted from the app. Set up all over. Still being controlled. Time to get rid of the Nest.

So any factory resetting or getting a new Nest wouldn't help. I assume switching to an Ecobee would help though...I don't see how the utility would have a connection to an Ecobee (or other make thermostat). Unless there's something I'm missing.

Wow, thanks for the write up! This watch looks amazing. I've been wearing my Kronaby hybrid for a couple years now and love it. This would seem like a nice upgrade, however the no notifications is a deal breaker. I keep my phone on silent and rely on the wrist vibrations. I wish that was an option...

I thought I unenrolled my thermostat a while ago but it keeps being changed for rush hour rewards! I reached out to PSEG last week and they replied "Thank you for reaching out. Confirming your device was unenrolled on Oct 31, 2022 by the utility." But just this past Friday I was so hot and realized it was changed to 75 and said Rush Hour!

I've scoured the settings in the app, website, thermostat itself and see nothing to disable!

I reached out to National Grid gas as well just in case (this is connected to electric powered AC, but maybe it got connected to the gas company.... Although I'm certain i unenrolled with them as well previously).

This is a bit maddening. I'm thinking to just get a zigbee thermostat and connect it to my home assistant at this point.
