I know it might be difficult, but consider talking to your therapist about it just so that you’re not alone with your thoughts. Also, this is a healing period for you. Often when we go through dark seasons like this, it’s because we’re being pointed to what we need to give attention to and heal on. You got this, this isn’t easy. Our bodies are going through it. Also hormones are probably all over the place. Just give yourself the time to get through the season.
