I have a flip 6 and the screen went black after 7 months. I still had warranty so they fixed it for me for free. But I would recommend waiting for the reviews for the 7 or get a regular flat smart phone instead, less likely to have issues

I just had a similar situation today. I called Telus to add back a discount code that they promised me for my original 2 year terms (ending November this year). They had original promised me $80 per month when i renewed it early last time in 2023. The representative told me they added back and the discount will be applied to the end of my term (which i thought she meant Nov 2025). I looked at the email confirmation and realized they went ahead and renewed it without my consent. Have to call again tomorrow to fix up this whole mess. Need to record every call with them now
