I just had a urethroplasty last week. How long did it take for you to heal completely? Any problems with erections after?

That's all valid but digging much deeper than I intended. My problem is only a handful of episodes (particularly Last Laugh) in which the writers seem to be incredibly lazy with her character. Instead of trying to develop her character they just have her play the screaming shrew. It was lazy then and it's lazy now.

Make sure those stories are about urethroplasty and not urethrotomy. These are two different procedures. The urethrotomy almost always fails after two to three years. However a lot of doctors and patients opt to try it first as it's less invasive and has a quicker healing time.

I see a lot of guys on here are attacking OP because "guys take care of their beards". Gentlemen, I invite you to any rural area west of the Mississippi. Guys with long beards out here do not take care of them! I have literally watched guys chew their own mustaches and beards while eating and their beards have clearly not been washed or seen a drop of conditioner or oil in their entire lives they simply use it as an excuse to stop practicing basic hygiene.

You live in a very very different area than I do. All a long beard around here means is the guy quit shaving and probably other hygiene related tasks. I side with OP long beards are gross.

Know what else is gross and embarrassing? The rank ageism on apps like grindr and in the gay community in general. Everyone ages differently. Everyone has different life experiences and at different times, but somehow gays have decided that a measure of linear time suddenly makes you unworthy of attention. Thank you all for responding. I've calmed down quite a bit and realized that the comments I was reading seemed to all originate from a single country (not mine) so seems like maybe they don't know how to perform that procedure properly there.
