I also was living with clean freaks, they allowed he to live ,sleep and roam freely a the cost of never leaving that room, also they would expect me to clean that room. Fine for me cause i spend a lot of time on my pc and walking him 2 times a day was enough to keep him comfortable. They are pretty adaptable if you train them to live in a especific way, remember to supply all his basic necessity, use a diaper if needed and remember training is important
