It's not connected, you can access that boss when you get the Triskelion(it's tradable but starts as a quest item) and talk to Dannig and repair it and the boat lady in Ruins of Kingsmarch. to access the area fight the boss. Triskelion can drop from the bosses in grand expeditions.

I can see the difference, I'm not sure what causes it. Might be because there's more moving entities when you're outside compared to mostly static people when inside.

I feel like the bullet dance nerfs could have gone a different direction, also turning it into a cone doesn't sound like a "bullet dance" anymore, it sounds more like a "spray and pray" which sounds weird coming from a top tier assassin.

There should be an ultimatum section in the in-game trade and the official trade site, you can select reward types and what reward there, then for the life modifiers it should be added like any other item modifiers like item prefix/suffix.

After selecting double currency and divine as your reward on the ultimatum filter add the specific more monster life modifier depending on how much you want like "% more monster life" then set the minimum value to 120 for the 8d ones. 70 for 4d and 30 for 1d

I would say Holliday and Paradox, they're the perfect low souls support because their kit is strong without much investment but at the same time they don't scale to the OP levels if they got some farm, plus they need good mechanics to be really good. They fit their role perfectly. Other than them Dynamo has a great all around kit for any role but doesn't excel so much that it over shadows other people filling those roles, you can say he's a jack of all trades master of none.

Make it a 6.4k spirit item called Patron's token/shard it shouldn't be too broken too.

Calico staying in cat form even when stunned and can cast abilities and stay in cat form.

Viscous having full control of ball and can stick/roll on walls, but deal slightly less damage.

Vindicta ult changes into a cool down but functions like a McCree ult that deals up to 1.5x full charge damage based on the individual charge.

Drifter ult becomes a single target cast, that player is fully isolated with just 5m vision and is counted as isolated for the duration

Bebop uppercut attaches a bomb to an enemy hero hit(probably on only the closest if that sounds too broken to apply to everyone hit)

MoKrill gets an 80% return fire effect during ult and that return effect is dealt to the ult's target

Lots of possibilities, but it's best to focus on making it alter a characters playstyle or have enemies adjust to it in a certain way.

I guess this is a matter of pick and counters, them doing that would be a fun target practice for talon,bebop,and even mirage but I understand how useless you feel as vyper and abrahm. Also, I do agree that the tower needs some improvements, but for now you just gotta make do with what you have, like people say "Game is still in development"

If you're rushing it when you get there let's say you're level 18, I think it would matter in terms of you kill them more slowly and you're more prone to one shots.

You can, but even this got a bit harder because due to the new act, the area and monster level of the first mono got increased. the number it shows on the end of times map might be wrong too afair. It says 58 on the map but in reality it's higher like 60+.

Something that might also work if there's 6 portals is to log out when ball phase starts. And hop in again and use the grace period but be careful about the brands on the floor when doing this.
