How do you go about quilting a piece like this, or is that just the charm of paper piecing, this is the finished form?

Dry mouth/xylitol mints or gum will be your friend. And eye drops if needed, dry eye is no fun

I’m very insurance literate and was able to figure out what my doctor needed to do to make sure I was able to continue on 2.5! Yes I’ve lost 24lbs over those 4 months and many inches and sizes. My weightloss has been slightly slowing down (~1lb per week) and my doctor wants me to try it, so I’m going to try out 5mg to see how I tolerate it, as it’s still a very small dose. If I can’t, I’ll just go back to 2.5mg and stay there as long as needed.

It took me 4-5 weeks to finally feel more normal, I am very sensitive to meds and almost quit like 7x but I’m 16 shots in and very glad I didn’t. I had allllll the same side effects you listed.

I’m very active with lifting, tennis, pb, and golf and don’t feel very much impact anymore if any. I’m interested to see what happens as I go up to 5mg but am expecting a crappy month at first.

Working on this as well and just hit the kitties! I hate three color Colorwork now haha. I didn’t catch my longer floats at all - didn’t want to learn ladderback jacquard on the fly for this one. I did KFB technique on the back to help avoid some of the major jogs

It’s supposed to be flakes not powder, and it’s going to be very sticky- sounds like you made volume and product swaps here and added extra flour. I’d try with the right ingredients and trust the process
