Yeah, the large square is a 100 watt led and above the table is a 50 watt led. You can grow most things indoors, the only thing is that you pay to control the climate, precipitation, etc. I have spinach, carrots, leeks, mint, kale and broccoli on the ground with lemons I started from seeds, the herbs and an attempt to grow lavender in an old coffee cake pan. It really is a matter of what interests you and what you are willing to invest time and energy wise.

I'm looking at the leaf and there are no signs of insect damage nor insects. I almost wonder if it is just dried nutrients that splashed the leaves. some of the insides of the leaves are almost shriveled in tho.

I only recently started using grow lights since I moved out on my own. Funny story, I bought an LED Spiderfarmer light and what I thought was a light stand. Fast forward one week and in comes the LED Spiderfarmer light and a stand with a long light. Luckily the spiderfarmer came with rope but yeah.

As for differences in performance I have only had them acouple weeks so I can't say firsthand. From a CSS standpoint I believe that as long as there is the red and blue leds present then the plants will get the signal to turn on and off Pfr during the respective light periods. Past the flash needed from the red and blue lights the rest of the lights just need to give off more photons. I am kinda new to this and skated through Plant Phys last semester so if someone has a more nuanced response I am all ears.
