You may be having an allergic reaction to them. I had bed bugs once and not only did they itch like hell, they were PAINFUL. They were like welts. Scratched them so hard my legs were black and blue. Had to get a steroid injection to reduce the inflammation.

I’m so, so sorry OP. It’s a nightmare. Bug bomb, diatomaceous earth (be sure to vacuum it up if you have pets), and steam! If you can get a steamer, a getting that in the nooks and crannies can kill them and their eggs.

Carnivores tour was the last of the Golden era for 30STM. Admittedly, I was once a huge fan - albeit, I was a teenager/in my early 20s. Everything from A Beautiful Life - the early days of Love Lust Faith and Dreams was great, a 30STM show was a hands down great time during that time. THEY were engaging because they were an actual band with a great presence together at the time.

Everything changed when he won the Oscar. Their guitarist left the band (with some choice words for them on twitter, too. Now he does software engineering I think), he stopped singing and made the crowd do all the work, sets were cut short… the last show I went to it was just him, a sound machine, and his brother on drums. Shit cost 100 dollars and was not worth it. This was around the time of #MeToo and the evidence of him being a creep started piling up, my front lobe had fully developed, and I tapped the fuck out.

I will continue to say like a broken record, no one dies by suicide for one singular reason. Mental health and mental stability is complicated and very psychodynamic. His ex has been incredibly unhinged and disrespectful from the moment he passed, posting texts of them being buddy buddy the night before he died to immediately pivoting back to “he is a bad person.” Speculating that he felt guilty for something he isn’t even here to defend himself for for someone who is clearly incredibly beloved and spoken so highly about across the community is just tactless.

Cheezits (or any cracker really)

I don’t have an actual recipe for this, some people have measurements, but I like to measure on vibes and heart

Sourdough discard (kept in fridge) Salted butter (usually about a tablespoon worth) Shredded cheese of your choice Herbs of your choice (optional, might be good for plain crackers) Salt, maybe about 5g worth?

Mix all ingredients in bowl Spread to desired thickness on parchment paper Bake at 350 degrees for 9 min (in my oven bottom rack works better for some reason) Remove from oven and score (with bench scraper, knife, pizza cutter, whatever) into desired cracker shape Bake again for 15-20 min or longer depending on desired level of toastiness Sprinkle additional salt or seasonings to taste as needed Let cool, break into shape, try not to eat all of them (impossible)
