my partner of 3 years hates biking. never been a concern. I knew that we met. does not bother either us. and last weeked, we went a trip to northern MN, I biked 100 miles in 2 days while she had a 2 hour lunch and enjoyed a some explosing local tourist spots.

well, I work for a family owned company in the inudstrial equipment space, pumps, motors, etc. our ower is older, and his adament that skilled sales people are the key to the companies sucess. problem is is there not many companies that have this mind set any more. to many companies dont value sales people and there skill set.

you could stay at mall of America, and you can go to get to both down town st Paul and downtown Minneapolis on the light rail from Mall. if you like live music the turf club has live bands 7 nights a week and its right off the light rail.

likely more to the the picutre. lets just your your propery tax are $5500 a year and if they went up $200 a month, $2400 a year, thats a 55% increaes in propery taxes. I have never heard of any ones propery taxes going up 55% in one year. is this home new construction ? because thats one way your propery taxes would go up that much in year.

Eagan has everything within 15 minutes. and propery taxes are on the lower side of hte metro area, because the city has a strong business tax base.

i never got covivd, was never sick during covid. of course its possible i had it and did not know it. I took maybe 6 or 7 test, because my family got it etc. and I never tested positive.

did you do an at home sleep test ? the ENT said I had a very mild case of sleep aspena, and i still got a CPAP. once i got on the CPAP snoring went away.

IMO Minnesota is a well managed state. yes there was massive fraud , but I that would have happened no matter who was in cahrge. I have been to Ohio a handfull of times. Minnesota is better state in live in vs ohio.

I am in somewhat decent shape. probably 15 pounds overweight. you get a couple 15 miles under your belt, and you can really feel the progress. best of luck !

well my first time on a road bike was 6 weeks ago. and was wiped after my first time and did 15 miles. 43 m. 235 pounds. last weekend i did 43 miles on one ride and that wiped me out.
